Digital stamp update
The system appears to have mostly stabilised now with considerably fewer download failures (3.5% as of this morning), and with the download timer now reduced to 2 minutes there is the ability to retry shortly after if needed which is working for most practitioners.
We are continuing to monitor the system and feedback to info@naati.com.au for any issues and are still investigating and working on solutions to reduce error rates further. All NAATI systems remain secure.
Thank you to all practitioners for your patience, feedback to help us and our developers to trouble shoot, and I apologise for the outages that occurred.
